Best Buy | Delivery Problems This report is as follows: Paid for extended warrantee for a fridge purchased in June 2015. Repair was attempted in late May 2016 but replacement was suggested. Delivery of replacement scheduled for July 16 2016. Never showed. Second delivery scheduled for July 19 2016. After taking the morning off from work and waiting for the 8am to 12pm delivery window, did not show up again. Called them 3 times and kept getting disconnected and finally and they said they were running 1.5 hrs behind. Told them it was unacceptable and that I had to go to work. I said a few things I should not have out of frustration. At that point they said they could not deliver fridge. A third scheduled delivery set for July 22 2016. Delivery window set for 12-4pm. Again, waited and waited. Called them at 4pm and they said the new window was now 5-7pm. Waited and waited again during our wedding anniversary, nothing. Called them again, now delivery window was for 7-9pm. Of course they were no shows. It is now day 12 without a functioning refrigerator. At this point in contact with higher ups and STILL no one seems to be able to help. ItÕs a nightmare. Need my fridge or full refund plus more $$ for the ridiculous lack of service. And refund the extended warrantee.
